The Role: The Systems Analyst – ERP supports the day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our core ERP platforms. Working closely with the Senior Systems Analyst – ERP and key business stakeholders, this role maintains the health and integrity of our ERP environments and associated integrations, while actively contributing to a major program of ERP consolidation and enhancement across the business. Working across NetSuite, CIN7, and Futura, the role contributes to system performance, data accuracy, and the alignment of ERP capabilities with evolving business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support and configuration of our ERP platforms, including NetSuite, CIN7, and Futura, ensuring system stability and data integrity across the business. Support NetSuite customisation and configuration work, including building and maintaining custom fields, records, saved searches, and workflows to meet business requirements. Conduct thorough testing, support QA and UAT phases for ERP changes and integrations, and resolve post-implementation issues to maintain system stability. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting integrations between ERP platforms and other systems of record, including third-party tools and internal data flows. Engage with business stakeholders across finance, merchandising, and operations to validate requirements and translate them into ERP configurations or integration changes. Document ERP configurations, integration designs, and process workflows clearly to support organisational understanding, continuity, and audit readiness. Support the development of training materials and contribute to knowledge sharing across the ERP and broader technology team. Contribute to the ERP consolidation program by supporting data migration activities, configuration testing, and parallel-run validation as we move towards a unified platform. Support the evaluation and implementation of a new forecasting and allocation tool, contributing to requirements gathering, integration mapping, and testing activities. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and workplace safety requirements across all work activities. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, with hands-on exposure to ERP platforms in a multi-system retail or product business environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Practical experience with NetSuite (required), and exposure to other ERP platforms such as CIN7 or Futura is highly regarded. Familiarity with ERP customisation, custom fields, and integration patterns is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical outcomes and work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
